The house has in total 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms with the Master Bedroom being the most impressive with Ocean views. The house is only 1 hour from Panama City so is in a great location for day trips into the city while still staying at the beach. The house is in secluded private location but there are a lot of things to do in the surrounding areas: fishing, diving, ATV's, etc. The house is literally a 1 minute walk to the white sanded beaches below and the Ocean is that crystal clear colour that you dream of.

Each one of the 5 well furbished rooms has their own en suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. 4 of the rooms have master king beds and the 5th is great for kids with 2 sets of bunk beds. The bed combination allows a maximum of 14 people to sleep in the house which is ideal for a large family gathering or a business break.

A staircase form the house leads you to the Ocean view open porch and then you are onto the beach. The house was built with open plan architecture so that guest could enjoy the Panamanian outdoors and just enjoy their time at the house. The house has a huge outdoor dining table on the Ocean view porch for family dinners or breakfasts. There is a huge swimming pool, BBQ area and there are trails for all to explore. There is a daily maid service on call to make sure the house is sparkling clean when you return from your days tour.

The house boasts a 7 acre garden full of lovely tropical plants and trees. The size of the property allows the children to roam freely while parents can keep a watchful eye. High ceilings, tasteful decorations and rich woods create an atmosphere of luxury but with a sense of tranquility and relaxation. A humongous kitchen is a cook's delight holding all the utensils necessary for a superb Panamanian Dinner.

There are numerous restaurants in the area and a supermarket is located near by for food shopping. Panama City is only 1 hour away and with Car Hire is daily accessible for trips to see the Canal, Gamboa Rainforest and other Panama City highlights.
