The house is a 5 minute leisurely stroll to the perfect white sanded beaches you can see below. The house shares 2 communal pools with other properties on the estate with one of the pools being at the beachfront beach club. The Beach Club is a communal area with a library, swim up bar and beautiful gardens.

The architecture of the building blends in well with its surroundings and has a Spanish/Panamanian Colonial feel to it. 40% of the land on the Estate has been set aside for lush tropical gardens, trails, play areas ad other activities.

The Location of the Buenaventura house is on the Buentaventura Estate located in one of Panama's most elegant beach community's. Only 90 minutes from Panama City it is easily accessible direct from the airport on landing. In total there are 165 properties on the large Estate that runs parallel to the beach. The Estate is known as one of Panama's most luxurious with Mansions, beach front houses and apartments. The Bristol Hotel, a prestigious Panamanian Hotel is currently designing a small beach retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of the city on the Estate.
