We will pick you up bright and early and take your the Santa Clara Real Estate office to give you a better understand of the geography of the Pacific Mountains and Valley's. The Property Consultants will go over and preview some available property based on your prior needs and wants. Based on the information the Property Consultant and yourselves will put together a custom made itinerary for the day of property to see. This way we and you can make sure that you get to see everything you want to see.

Your Property Consultant will tell you about the basics of investing in Panama and answer any questions you may have along the way regarding banking and loans, retirement laws, residency laws, taxes and regulations regarding property transactions.

A suggested itinerary could be: Travel to the Sora and surrounding areas which is only 1 hour from the City and 20 minutes from the beach. This area has become popular due to its proximity to the City, the beaches, the cool climate and the beautiful ocean views. It is like a cross between Switzerland the beaches if you can imagine it? If not you will see what we mean when you are there.

Then you will drive down the mountain to the flat lands that lead to the beaches. You will drive east to the town of Penonome which is the Capital town of the Cocle region. This area is known for its agricultural produce such as tomatoes and sugar however has recently become very popular as a tourist destination and relocation area. There are waterfalls, green pastures, rolling hills and the area is full of Tropical wildlife!!

You will end the Property Tour with a journey to the Anton Valley, also known as 'El Valle' to Panamanians . the are is situated about 30 minutes up into the mountains from the Pacific beaches. One of the appealing things about the area is that it has one of the coolest climates in Panama due to it being located in an extinct volcano. The area has been famous for many years for the local Indian markets where people would sell hand crafts and fresh fruit and vegetables and beautiful native plants. The area is famous for being a weekend retreat.

If you wish you can stop for lunch at a local restaurant however this is not included in the price. There are drinks available at all times during your property tour.
