Situated only 75 minutes
from Panama City and 90 minutes from
the Tocumen International Airport the
white sanded pristine beaches of Santa
Clara and Farallon. The drive is quick
and follows the Pacific Coast of Panama
as you drive up the Pan American highway.
The area of Santa Clara and Farallon
have their own eco-climates which means
that they receive more sunshine than
any other part of Panama, which means
a great climate for investment and retirement.
This area is where the Santa Clara Beach
office is.
There are 3 major resorts
in the area that have had great success
due to the Ocean views, white sanded
beaches and the great climate in the
area. The Royal Decameron and Playa
Blanca are huge resorts and are situated
in Farallon and also there is the Buenaventura
Beach Project which offers ocean front
villas. Recently the 5 star hotel The
Bristol have started construction of
their beach property on the Buenaventura
project which is set to be another great
addition to the community.
The beaches in the
area are calm and great for swimming
and also there are some small surf breaks
as well. This area we believe is poised
to become the first beach town in Panama.
