My name
Richard Bexon and I am the architect of
this web site which has taken lot of time
and effort to produce and that I hope
you are enjoying. I came to Central America
from London UK due to my Costa Rican wife's
dislike for the British weather and the
food, however she did like Curry very
much!!! I spend half of my time in Costa
Rica and half of my time in Panama as
I love both countries and the culture
and opportunities that both offer. I first
came to Costa Rica in the year 2001 to
explore the country after meeting my now
wife in Minnesota, of all places. I fell
instantly in love with it and stayed for
year before moving back to the UK with
her.
Then in
2004 we decided that it was time to leave
the rat race and head to a more relaxed
environment. So back we flew to Costa
Rica and settled down. I started work
in 2005 for Costa Rica Vacations a specialist
in vacation to Costa Rica for people in
the US. After only a couple of months
I saw an opportunity to take CRV and apply
it to the UK market, so we set up a UK
site called Costa
Rica Holiday and started planning
custom holidays for Brit's to Costa Rica.
At the time CRV was launching its operations
in the newly blooming Republic of Panama.
Casey Halloran and Tony Silvia along with
Jim Procter established the Panama Office
now called Panama Luxury Vacations. So
not to short leg my British comrades I
set up Panama Luxury
Holiday the UK arm of PLV.
Over the
coming months we saw a large percentage
of our clients were buying property in
Panama while on our holidays and vacations
which was something that we had not predicted
or for seen. Therefore to better serve
their needs and keep everything under
one roof we established the Property Agency
'New World Real Estate', opening offices
in Panama City, Santa Clara Pacific Beaches
and Boquete, Chiriqui.
The offices
in Panama are a mix of Brits, US, Canadians
and Panamanians, see
our staff here. We love Panama and
our aim is to guide you in making the
right property decision while here in
Panama, consider us your experts on the
