Costa del Este - Near the Tocumen International airport on your way into Panama City, this area is very up and coming with new developments planned and shops and schools being built. There are numerous houses and a small amount of condo complexes available.

Albrook - Located near the Local Panama City Airport now home to Aeroperlas and Air Panama the domestic Panamanian airlines. There are renovated Military Officers houses with lots of space and greenery. It is like being near the City and the Countryside all in one.

Punta Pacifica - This is a new part of Panama that is very high end and offers some of the best apartments and condo's in Panama. The location means lots of great views out into the Panama City bay and to the Canal opening into the Pacific Ocean. There are shopping malls and centers closely located.

Clayton - Situated in the suburbs of Panama City about 20 minutes form the center, Clayton offers great tax breaks for anyone wanting to live or invest here. There are lots of houses and lots of land available for construction. There is a family and suburban feeling here that is liked by all.

Punta Patilla - Right next door to Punta Pacifica, Punta Patilla has older developments with less newer offerings and mostly resale's. The condo buildings have great views as there were some of the first high rise building built.

Casco Viejo - This is one of the most expensive however most architectural areas of Panama. These old french influence buildings are being renovated by the dozen at the moment and some offer great bay views. The area can only be described as a little bit of Paris in Central America. The area offers great tax breaks and the bars and restaurants in the area offer some of the best food and drink you can find in Panama.

Balboa Avenue - This is the main road that runs from the financial district along the waterfront and to the start of Casco Viejo. It is prime real estate as it has beautiful Ocean views and is centrally located for everything in Panama City. This area is home to some of Panama Cities most affluent business and political figures. There are plans to build the world's 10th tallest building on the boulevard.

Amador Causeway - This area of Panama was constructed using the land that was taken from the Canal. There is a great nightlife, bars and restaurants in this area and there are some fabulous developments in the area. The area offers great Ocean views and you can see Panama City to one side and the Canal to other. It is a very elegant area of town.

Obarrio - This area is situated in the center of Panama City and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and hotels. The area is great for walking, relaxing and also enjoying a pint at the English Pub.

Tucan Golf Resort - This is a new project on an old military base that offers luxury golf villas and is sure to be the best golfing community in all of Central America.

El Cangrejo - Located in the central eastern part of Panama City this area is very residential and offers residents a cooler climate and great parks. There are some very affordable condo developments and roof top loft apartments. The area has wonderful restaurants and is very safe.
