If you are in Panama City you will stop by the City office or if you are staying at the beach then we will pick you up and take you to our Santa Clara beach office. Depending on your needs we will shortlist some available properties and land for you to view and build a custom itinerary. Your guide will tell you about the basics of investing in Panama and answer any questions you may have along the way regarding banking and loans, retirement laws, residency laws, taxes and regulations regarding property transactions.

Depending on your needs and wants we will take you to some developments in the area and allow you to talk to the owners to get a better understanding of the properties. You will see several condo's ocean front villas, houses, apartments and beach land, hotels for sale, and some homes perched on cliffs overlooking the blue Pacific. Whatever it is your are looking for we will help you with our expert knowledge of the area and properties to find the perfect place.

Currently the area of the Santa Clara and Farallon area is where the developments are happening however there is still vast amounts of land available for development and construction. The area is only 1.5 hours from Panama City so is easily accessible and the white sanded beaches make it perfect you beach homes. You will drive through and see some developing beach towns, high end communities and new projects. Our Consultants will give you all the answers to your questions!!

If you wish you can stop for lunch at a local restaurant however this is not included in the price. There are drinks available at all times during your property tour.
