package will allow any potential buyer of property
or person looking to retire to have a better understanding
of Panama and all its areas as you tour the country.
This way you can decide which area is best for you,
but also you will get to see and understand each area
before buying. In each region you will be taken by
an Estate Agent to some of the properties of interest
that have been chosen before hand by our Estate Agents
and yourselves. Please feel free however to customise
the package so that you get to see property and areas
of interest.

Day
1: Fly into Tucomen International Airport
(PTY) where you will be met by one of the Panama
Luxury Holiday Representatives. The representative
will provide you with a pouch that contains vouchers
and information about your trip. From the airport
you will be privately transported to the Intercontinental
Miramar Hotel. The hotel is situated on the
bay that surrounds Panama City, where you can
watch the ships waiting in the Pacific entrance
of the Canal for a Canal Pilot to guide them through.
The Intercontinental Miramar is centrally located
between the Old City and the financial district
near restaurants, bars and Panamanian Tourist
attractions. If you get a room on the Piso Club
level you have access to the private pool and
lounge. |

2: Today you will taken on a tour of
the Panama City and surrounding suburbs to look
at real estate and be educated in the way that
Panama does business. Panama City is one of the
biggest banking centers in the world and it easily
allows non-residents to take mortgages for Panamanian
property. You will have the opportunity to see
skyscrapers, apartments, houses and residential
areas. Stay at the Intercontinental
Miramar . |

3 : Wake up and look out the window to
see the spectacular view of the City/Canal, leisurely
eat a superb Intercontinental Breakfast and get
ready to know everything there is to know about
the history of Panama City. You will picked up
at the hotel at around 9am to start your Tour
of Panama City and its sights. You will first
go to the Miraflores Locks which is the first
lock at the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal
where you will see the locks in motion as they
rise and fall. Then from here you will visit the
'Old French Sector' known as the Casco Viejo where
you will see some Kuna Indians selling Molas (hand
stitched tapestries). From here you will move
to the Causeway which was built using the materials
taken from canal. Finally you will be taken the
Panama City Ruins which were destroyed by the
famous Captain Sir Henry Morgan. Finish the day
with a trip to the shopping center if you wish.

Day
4: Today is a free day to do what you
wish, you have toured real estate and know the
city so feel free to relax. If you want you
can re look at real estate from the day before??

5 : Take a private transfer to Albrook
Local Airport where you will catch a flight
to the Chiriqui Region in the North West Pacific
boarding Costa Rica. The flight will take roughly
60 minutes. Land in David Airstrip and be transferred
to the mountain retreat of Los
Establos. Spend the afternoon settling Inn
as tomorrow will be an exciting day. This area
is popular with retirees because the views and
the climate are fantastic. Chrirqui offers clients
mountain or beach style living in a great climate.

Day
6 : After breakfast the Estate Agent
will pick you up at the hotel and take you to
areas of interest. If you are looking for more
a lowland beach style living the hotel you stay
at will be closer to these areas. There are
numerous retirement residential areas and lots
of land for you too look at. The area is great
for hiking, gardening and just generally relaxing.
Spend
the afternoon relaxing with the mountain view
behind you. You may wish to visit the Caldera
Volcanically heated hot springs or just hike
around the hotel trails. Stay at the Los
Establos Hotel.

7: Relax in the Mountain Region of Boquete,
maybe visit the local town to buy souvenirs or
visit the local market. You can also spend the
day looking at Real Estate or following up on
anything you saw the day before. Stay at the Los
Establos Hotel. |

8 : Take a Private Transfer to David
Airstrip where you fly to the Caribbean Coast
of Bocas del Toro. Once you arrive at the airstrip
in Bocas del Toro take a taxi yourself to the
hotel (1 minute). Stay at Bocas
del Toro Hotel in an Ocean View Room. The
Bocas del Toro Hotel is a hotel situated in the
center of Bocas Town and is conveniently located
for anything you wish to do in Bocas. |
Day
9 : In the morning you will be taken
by car or boat, depending on what you are looking
for to look at real estate with a local travel
agent. There are numerous Island properties,
beach front and residential areas to look at.
Bocas offers clients a setting in paradise that
is affordable!! Stay at Bocas
del Toro Hotel.
Day
10: The caribbean are of Bocas del
Toro area is well known for its Marine Life
and fantastic deserted Islands. Take a Tour
with Livingston Tours to Dolphin Bay, Coral
Cay, Zapatillas Cay, Punta Vieja and Red Frog
Beach if you have time. Stay at Bocas
del Toro Hotel.
Day
11: Feel free to look at more real
estate, follow up on the previous days or just
relax in Paradise. Stay at Bocas
del Toro Hotel. |

12 : Wake up late and have a long breakfast.
Catch the afternoon flight back to Panama City
where you will then be transferred to the Intercontinental
Miramar Hotel. |

Day
13-14 : Spend the next 2 days doing
tours of the Pacific Beaches of Punta Barco,
Buenaventura and Farallon. These areas have
white sand beaches and are situated in their
own micro climates receiving more sun that any
other area of Panama. Stay at the Intercontinental
Miramar .
Day
15: Wake up and have breakfast before
the trip back to the UK. As always everything
great comes to end but we hope you either found
a great place to retire or your own piece of
paradise. Privately transfer to Panama City
International Airport and have a safe flight
home. |
