Day
1: Fly into Tucomen International
Airport (PTY) where you will be met by
one of the Panama Luxury Holiday Representatives.
The representative will provide you with
a pouch that contains vouchers and information
about your trip. From the airport you
will be privately transported to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Located in central downtown Panama City, you will be able to explore lots of the city, and will find that you are not too far from the famous Via Espana, along with a number of bars, restaurants and casinos which could be visited in the evening,

Day
2: Wake up and enjoy a nice leisurely breakfast, before taking a 1 hour private helicopter ride to see Panama City from the best possible place, the sky! You will fly over Casco Viejo, the Panama Canal and the famous Ruins, Spend the rest of the day exploring the city from ground level! Stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

3 : Wake up and get ready to experience the Panama Canal in all its glory, for today you will be going on a full transit of the Panama Canal. You will travel in a ship from the Pacific end, all the way to the Caribbean end, before returning to Panama City for one final night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel .

Day 4: Arise early to catch your flight transfer to the Chiriqui region. You will then be transferred from the airport to the Panamonte Inn and Spa, just outside the town of Boquete. This hotel is located in the beautiful valley of Boquete at the foot of the Volcano Baru. From here you can take the short walk into the town of Boquete, where you will find bars, restaurants, souvenir shops among other things. You should definatly try the food at the hotel restaurant, some of the best in Panama.

5: Wake up and enjoy breakfast before transferring to the rainforest. Here you will experience nature as you never have before, with a rainforest canopy tour, where you will be |

strapped in to a harness, and sent flying across the canopy along numerous zip lines within the canopy. This is a truly exhilarating experience. Stay at the Panamonte Inn and Spa .
Day 6: Today you are in for a real adrenaline pumping experience as you go white water rafting on the Rio Chiriqui Viejo, with class III-V rapids. All equipment is provided, all you need to do is stay in the boat and enjoy the ride. After your hard days rafting you may wish to pamper yourselves in the Spa, a perfect way to relax after such an experience. Stay at the Panamonte Inn and Spa. |

Day 7: Arise and enjoy breakfast before catching your transfer to the Island of Bocas del Toro, where you will be staying at the stunning Limbo on the Sea Hotel . This hotel is built on wooden stilts over the clear Caribbean Ocean. With stunning sea views and the sounds of the sea to send you to sleep, this is a truly remarkable hotel.
Day
8: Today you are going to really find out what goes on, under the surface of the ocean, as you spend a full day scuba diving. Bocas del Toro is said to be one of the best places to dive in the world, meaning your in for a real treat. There are some great sites to visit, such as Tigers Rock, Crawl Cay, Hospital Point and others. stay at Limbo on the Sea Hotel.

Day
9: Today, you will again be spending most of your time, on or in the sea, as you go dolphin watching in Dolphin Bay or Laguna Bocatorito. You will get to see these magnificent creatures from a close distance, and then get the chance to do some snorkeling on some of the most beautiful coral in Panama, with the opportunity to see Barracuda or even some Nurse Sharks! Day 10: Today you have the day to yourselves. You may wish to keep up the pace and try the Zapatillas National Park tour, or go exploring in the town. If you fancy a break why not chill out, relax and put your feet up on the beach for the day! Stay at Limbo on the Sea |
Day 11: Wake up today and say goodbye to the beautiful Bocas del Toro, as you take your transfer back to Panama City Airport. You will then be privately transferred to the Gamboa Resort, just 45 minutes from Panama City. Feel free to relax and enjoy the rest of the day.
Day 12-14: You are free to do as little or as much as you wish over these 3 days. You may wish to spend time by one of 2 pools, try some fishing or book some tours at the hotel desk. Tours available from here include, Monkey Tours, Canal Passage tours, Peacock Bass fishing and many

Day
15: Wake up and have breakfast
before the trip back to the UK. As always
