Day
1: Fly into Tucomen International
Airport (PTY) where you will be met by one
of the Panama Luxury Holiday Representatives.
The representative will provide you with
a pouch that contains vouchers and information
about your trip. From the airport you will
be privately transported to the Intercontinental
Miramar Hotel. The hotel is situated
on the bay that surrounds Panama City, where
you can watch the ships waiting in the Pacific
entrance of the Canal for a Canal Pilot
to guide them through. The Intercontinental
Miramar is centrally located between the
Old City and the financial district near
restaurants, bars and Panamanian Tourist
attractions. If you get a room on the Piso
Club level you have access to the private
pool and lounge. |
| Day
2: Spend your first day in Panama
relaxing by the pool and try to find your
bearings. Maybe visit one of the local shopping
centers or museums, take a walk up the causeway
or just stay by the pool and watch the boats
pass up the Canal. Stay at the Intercontinental
Miramar . |

3 : Wake up and look out the window
to see the spectacular view of the City/Canal,
leisurely eat a superb Intercontinental
Breakfast and get ready to know everything
there is to know about the history of Panama
City. You will picked up at the hotel at
around 9am to start your Tour of Panama
City. You will first go to the Miraflores
Locks which is the first lock at the Pacific
entrance of the Panama Canal where you will
see the locks in motion as they rise and
fall. Then from here you will visit the
'Old French Sector' known as the Casco Viejo
where you will see some Kuna Indians selling
Molas (hand stitched tapestries). From here
you will move to the Causeway which was
built using the materials taken from canal.
Finally you will be taken the Panama City
Ruins which were destroyed by the famous
Captain Sir Henry Morgan. Finish the day
with a trip to the shopping center if you
wish. Stay at the Intercontinental
Miramar . |

Day
4: Today is a free day to do
what you wish. Stay at the Intercontinental
Miramar .
Day
5 : Take a private transfer to
Albrook Local Airport where you will catch
a flight to the Chiriqui Region in the
North West Pacific boarding Costa Rica.
The flight will take roughly 60 minutes.
Land in David Airstrip and be transferred
to the mountain retreat of Los
Establos. Spend the afternoon settling
Inn as tomorrow will be an exciting day. |

Day
6 : Make sure you eat a lot as
today you will be white water rafting on
Class II-IV rapids on Rio Chiriqui Viejo,
Palon. You will be transported to the rafting
Lodge where you will raft down the river
for 4 hours. The tour includes raft, equipment,
Expert Guide, Insurance and roundtrip transportation
to and from the hotel. Once you have finished
the adventure of the Rio leisurely drive
back to the hotel. Spend the afternoon relaxing
with the mountain view behind you. You may
wish to visit the Caldera Volcanically heated
hot springs or just hike around the hotel
trails. Stay at the Los
Establos Hotel. |

7: Relax in the Mountain Region
of Boquete, maybe visit the local town to
buy souvenirs or visit the local market.

8 : Take a Private Transfer to
David Airstrip where you fly to the Caribbean
Coast of Bocas del Toro. Once you arrive
at the airstrip in Bocas del Toro take a
taxi yourself to the hotel (1 minute). Stay
at Bocas
del Toro Hotel in an Ocean View Room.
The Bocas del Toro Hotel is a hotel situated
in the center of Bocas Town and is conveniently
located for anything you wish to do in Bocas. |
Day
9 : The caribbean are of Bocas
del Toro area is well known for its Marine
Life and fantastic deserted Islands. Take
a Tour with Livingston Tours to Dolphin
Bay, Coral Cay, Zapatillas Cay, Punta
Vieja and Red Frog Beach if you have time.
Stay at Bocas
del Toro Hotel.
Day
10-11: The next 2 days are your
to adventure around the Island and find
your own little piece of paradise. You
could take another Livingston Tour and
do some snorkeling, maybe do some Diving
in one of the best locations in Central
America for it!! The area has so much
to offer and the people are sincere and
friendly that there is never anytime to
be board. If worst comes to worst sit
on the pontoon that goes out towards to
the next Island and have a Banana Colada
or a Balboa. Stay at Bocas
del Toro Hotel. |

12 : Wake up late and have a long
breakfast. Catch the afternoon flight back
to Panama City where you will then be transferred
to the Gamboa
Rainforest Resort 30 minutes away. The
Gamboa Rainforest Resort is situated on
lake Gatun and next to the Chagres River
which are halfway up the Panama Canal and
provide it with all it's fresh water. The
hotel is very eco-friendly and offers a
variety of activities and fine dining. |

Day
13-14 : Organise some tours at
the tours desk to see some of the great
locations and wildlife in the area. Tours
available are: Peacock Bass Fishing, Aerial
Tram, Hiking, Birdwatching, Boat Ride
to see monkeys and sloth's, Crocodile
Observation and Canal ride.
Day
15: Wake up and have breakfast
before the trip back to the UK. As always
everything great comes to end. Privately
transfer to Panama City International
Airport and have a safe flight home.
