the Bocas del Toro region offers Caribbean
deserted Islands and great snorkeling and

In the mountains of the Chiriqui province
on the North West Pacific side of Panama,
Boquete is at the foot of the Volcan Baru.
It offers guests wonderful hiking, horseback
riding, hot springs, rainforest tours and

Panama is a safe country and the level of
crime is one of the lowest in the world. |

Currently there are no direct flights to
Panama from London, you will fly via the
Us or Spain. |
| 3)
You need no injections to come to the country,
however always consult a doctor before coming. |

Panama hosts one of the modern wonders of
this world - the Panama Canal. |
| 5)
The dry season is from November - April
and the green season ( bit of rain in the
PM) May - October. |
