The hotel has a great history, founded in 1914 by the Elliot-Collins family and still run today by the family 3 generations later, the hotel offers a blend of European and Latin American decor and architecture. The hotel is known for it's fabulous restaurant and European B&B style managment as well as the charming gardens.

The hotel has 19 spacious and comfortable rooms that are spread out through the property. The rooms are very comfortable for the rustic area and offer guests views of the gardens and the surrounding mountains. There are 4 types of rooms that are different in size and quantity of people each hold.
