El Valle is one of Panama's newest areas to visit and much like Boquete but closer to Panama City and a much warmer climate. La Casa de Lourdes is situated only 1 hour 15 minutes from Panama City and lies in a private orchid or peace and tranquility. The only way to imagine this house is a mix of Panamanian and Tuscan architecture bundled into a small luxury style boutique hotel. The restaurant chef is the owners sister and a well known Casco Viejo chef, the food is exquisite and everything else about the hotel. There are only 5 rooms and each decorated in a style that fits with the Panama/Tuscan style. The hotel has all of the amenities that you would expect: Library, Piano room, restaurant, pool, Jacuzzi, garden and much much more.

If you wish to walk into the center of El Valle it is only a 10 minute easy walk via the local soda's and bus stops. Feel free to relax in the wonderful garden or by the pool as Casa de Lourdes has a very tranquil and soothing feel to it.
