The main clubhouse is built on the beach 75 feet above the ocean below, therefore at every turn lies a truly spectacular ocean view. The clubhouse is where most guests will eat their meals, which are organically prepared and harvested on the Island, so what you see is what was caught or picked this morning.

The Clubhouse has a full sports bar with a pool table, Direct TV, darts, table games for a relaxing evening. The Island of San Jose is surrounded by blue Pacific Ocean and Rainforest and is totally inhabited (apart from the hotel). Within the rainforest lies and array of wildlife - wild pigs, large quantities of deer, black and green iguanas, agoutis, parrot and giant pigeons. If you come in the right season you will be able to see the turtles laying their eggs on the beach and swimming in the ocean.
