The hotel was one of Bocas's first hotels and built using indigenous hard wood from the area by a master craftsman. The hotel is typical of the area, perched on the water and open to the Ocean breezes. As soon as you step into the hotel you can feel the history and sense of friendly service awaiting. One of the great things about the hotel is that the administration is of European descent so understand good service with a smile. Located in the centre of town it is ideally located for other restaurants and bars in the area. The actual area itself has seen a lot of growth in past years with the increase in the tourism industry however the hotel has stuck to it's authentic Boca roots. Out the back of the hotel is where the restaurant hits the warm Caribbean ocean with ample decking and an inviting swimming area.

The hotel offers guests 11 intimate rooms, some with Ocean views and others with town views. The rooms offer guests the concept of comfort with 300-thread count cotton sheets, safety boxes, air conditioning, color/cable TV, phones, ocean and town balconies with ocean and town views, as well as in-room massages (on request).

The hotel has a wonderful restaurant on a pontoon over the Caribbean Ocean below and open to the Ocean breezes. The restaurant offers a variety of cu sine from Panamanian, Seafood to International cuisine. The bar area is at the front of the hotel but you can also sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset!!
